Everybody has different limitations when it comes to exercise and some exercises are simply not right for some people’s body mechanics and fitness level, you are in safe hands with me.

You will be evaluated and guided along the way with personal exercises for you if needed, so there is no need to feel the stress of being pushed to injury.
